The EPC A+ "Scandi style" design has resulted in a reduction of embedded carbon in the construction of at least 75%+ against a standard unit. The units can be 100% operated off-grid in terms of energy thanks to a large solar array and battery, whilst still incorporating dedicated EV charging for each unit.
